North Babylon Union Free School

GREYHAWK to replace prominent CM firm. Strategy included awarding and
managing 53 prime contractors to ensure a good bidder turnout and risk
diversification. Work included new NCAA running track, leeching fields
remediation, sewer lines, RPZs, asbestos abatement, roof removal and
replacement, masonry restoration, new elevator shafts, doors & windows,
interior finishes, locker rooms, gymnasia, plumbing, boiler rooms, HVAC,

Humble Oil Building Renovation,
Houston, TX.Analyzed the claim for extensive project delays on this troubled
17-story historic renovation project for Mariott Hotels. Performed a time
detail analysis for the main contractor’s portion of the work, and worked
closely with the schedulers and project rescue experts to produce a rescue
plan. This project presented unique difficulties because of the disparity
between the as-planned and the as-built schedules, and the breadth of
unforeseen existing conditions. My duties also included surveying the job
site to collect data for the remaining activity durations, quantities, and
crew sizes, in order to build a new to-finish schedule. |
